Morrison Express is a global freight forwarding and logistics company headquartered in Taiwan, with offices across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, and beyond. As the project manager at EIGHT25MEDIA I led the end-to-end redesign and rebuild of morrisonexpress.com, serving as the primary client contact throughout with the key stakeholder based in their Taiwan office.

What I owned:
Full delivery from kickoff through post-launch, including project planning, scope management, timeline coordination, and client communication across a globally distributed team. The project required careful coordination across multiple time zones and regional considerations, including ensuring the site performed reliably across different geographic markets.
