Titan Cloud Software is an enterprise SaaS platform trusted by 800+ of the world’s leading fuel and energy brands including 7-Eleven, Circle K, BP, Chevron, UPS, Hertz, and Ryder. Their platform monitors 50% of all U.S. consumer gas throughput across 100,000+ connected facilities worldwide. As the project manager at EIGHT25MEDIA I led the website redesign engagement, serving as the primary client contact throughout and coordinating the full project from kickoff through pre-launch.

Ziel is a cannabis technology company specializing in radio frequency mold remediation for cannabis cultivators. As the project manager at EIGHT25MEDIA I served as the primary point of contact for Ziel across an ongoing retainer relationship, working closely alongside their marketing and design teams on multiple initiatives throughout our engagements.
What I owned:
End-to-end project management and client communication across two interactive web deliverables.
The first was the Ziel Business Case Calculator, an interactive financial tool that allows cannabis cultivators to enter their harvest volume, market pricing, and operating costs to calculate potential revenue increases, payback timelines, and financing options. Upon completing the form users receive a customized financial report delivered directly to their email.
The second was an interactive world map built into the Our Reach section of Ziel’s Company Profile page, visually showcasing their global footprint across 5 continents covering cannabis, hemp, nuts, seeds, dates, and prunes operators.
I coordinated development and design teams throughout both projects, managed scope and timelines, and kept Ziel’s stakeholders informed at every phase from kickoff through launch.

Annex Cloud is an enterprise SaaS loyalty platform trusted by major brands including Harley-Davidson, Harrods, and TaylorMade. As the project manager at EIGHT25MEDIA I led a full brand refresh and website redesign, starting with the development of new brand guidelines and then driving the complete redesign and rebuild of annexcloud.com. The site was originally built in HubSpot and was migrated and redeveloped in WordPress.
What I owned:
End-to-end delivery from brand guidelines through site launch. I managed the branding process, produced the brand guide, coordinated the design and development team across multiple disciplines, and owned scope, timeline, budget, and client communication throughout. The engagement extended into a retainer relationship post-launch.

Project Details
Led the end-to-end rebuild and rebrand of Planar.com in Umbraco, a global B2B website supporting one of the world’s leading manufacturers of LED and LCD video walls and display solutions. The project spanned approximately 400 pages across 20 markets and six product lines, covering CMS planning, content migration, QA, release, and post-launch delivery.
What I owned:
Coordinated delivery across external development and design teams totaling eight contributors while partnering with internal design, IT, and an eight-person marketing organization. Restructured the CMS backend and publishing workflow, improving the marketing team’s content creation and deployment efficiency by approximately 40%. Managed two additional headless web properties supporting product specifications and case studies throughout.
Beyond the rebuild:
Delivered multi-market digital campaigns spanning HTML email, event landing pages, and A/B testing. Translated Google Analytics performance data into actionable insights for senior leadership on a regular basis.

The ballet company of the nation’s capital, reflecting the diversity of D.C.
Project Details
While working for Gameflow Interactive, I collaborated closely with developers and designers to capture the grand visuals of the ballet and reproduce them in digital form. This was a full redesign and rebuild of the Washington Ballet’s website, built on the Roots/Trellis WordPress framework within a Node-based workflow.
What I owned:
Front end development and JavaScript animation throughout the project. I was responsible for the styling and animations across the site while maintaining quality and visual integrity across all devices. Day to day I built reusable modules throughout the site using HTML5, CSS3/SASS, jQuery, and PHP, with Gulp as the task runner, SASS as the CSS preprocessor, and Bootstrap and other NPM modules handling additional tasks and optimizations.

Working with RR Donnelley’s in house design team and Verizon’s digital team to develop a microsite that would seamlessly integrate an interactive version of the Verizon annual report. I used Bootstrap framework to help ensure visual and functional aesthetic were consistent across desktop and mobile devices to meet branding guidelines and existing styles. I timely executing project deliverables to meet benchmarks and deadlines. Microsite was ADA compliant.

At Peaceful Media I was hired to developed a custom WordPress theme and plug-in(s) to give the client a revitalized look, and optimize performance in both the front and back end, allowing for not only a better visitor experience, but it also streamlined content management for the site owner. In my daily tasks I utilized HTML5, CSS3/SASS, jQuery, and PHP to customize and consolidate the CMS content to deploy site wide in multiple locations. MacMD contacted me to create a simple straight to the point site to replace their old Flash site. They wanted an extremely mobile friendly site keeping the page count to a minimum with ability to edit all content (colors, images, and backgrounds). Using WordPress I built a custom theme utilizing Bootstrap framework to accomplished just that. While this site is currently live we are in the process of still adding new features… So I guess this is kinda a work in progress.

While working at Glantz Design we were approached to design and develop a simple one page informational site to help promote an upcoming comic book with the ability to update in the future that would facilitate sales. Aluminati Guitars wanted a site to showcase and sell their custom hand built aluminum guitars. Some of the features they wanted included: The ability to edit copy, the ability to add new guitar models, parallax home page, shopping cart, and a blog. After we finalized a design we decided on using WordPress for the blogging capabilities, and the fact that they already had a WordPress site. I built them a custom Bootstrap theme utilizing ScrollMagic.js to create a parallax home page and Cart66 plugin for the shopping cart.

"Game Changers"Entrepreneurs competing to raise money for their charities.
Project Details
While working at Modern Luxury a marking campaign was created to help introduce two new Blackberry devices on the Verizon network. With the help of celebrities and a charity of their choosing we pit them against each other to help them win $10,000 for their charity. This campaign ran across three major cities: Los Angeles, San Fransisco, and San Diego. Each celebrity used social media to drum up the votes. The site was built in WordPress with a custom theme that was adaptive for mobile devices, along with a separate custom database for voting. The submission form to collected the data in a mysql database, and later the votes were tallied and the winner was announced.

"Revive25"Micro-site contest for a room remodel with celebrity designers.
Project Details
While at Modern Luxury Wells Fargo wanted to run a campaign much like Verizon’s “Game Changers”. This time the design celebrities used social media to entice users to submit photos of a room in their house that was in need of an “overhaul” to win $2,500 towards a revival project with one of the designers. Again, we built a custom WordPress theme to handle the site, and a custom entry form that users could enter the sweepstakes that was connected to a separate MySql database.
