Titan Cloud Software is an enterprise SaaS platform trusted by 800+ of the world’s leading fuel and energy brands including 7-Eleven, Circle K, BP, Chevron, UPS, Hertz, and Ryder. Their platform monitors 50% of all U.S. consumer gas throughput across 100,000+ connected facilities worldwide. As the project manager at EIGHT25MEDIA I led the website redesign engagement, serving as the primary client contact throughout and coordinating the full project from kickoff through pre-launch.

What I owned:
End-to-end project management and client communication from requirements through pre-launch, including project planning, scope management, timeline coordination, and stakeholder alignment across design and engineering teams. I departed EIGHT25MEDIA prior to the final launch but led the majority of the engagement from discovery through the final stages of delivery.
